BMP, or PSD format please) and click

or email your entry to "contest@laprofashions.com".
In the mail window that opens type your Name, Age,
Height, Weight, and Shipping Address. Be sure to type
Contest Entry as the Subject. Attach your photo using your
e-mail program's "attach" feature then send your mail.
To enter by regular mail: Clearly print or type your Name, E-mail Address,
Age, Height, Weight, and Shipping Address on a plain sheet of paper.
